FDAQRC Partner Program Guidelines and Overview

This program is designed to allow for the professional development of our highly valued Consultants/Resources which allows for audit attendance in growth areas, which support professional development.

Partner Program guidelines for an Observer:

  1. Professionalism should be maintained as if the Observer were performing an audit. All standard common courtesies should be extended, including but not limited to minimizing distractions to the Lead Consultant.
  2. Observers are not paid for their time, nor are they paid for any travel, meals, or other expenses.
  3. The observation duration should be discussed and agreed upon with the Lead Consultant prior to the audit.
  4. The Observer should minimize the disruption to the site by arriving and leaving with the Lead Consultant.
  5. Questions or comments for the Lead Consultant should be reserved until they can be addressed privately, without others present.
  6. The Lead Consultant reserves the right to kindly ask the Observer to leave at any time if necessary. This decision is made at the Lead Consultant's discretion and may be based on various considerations.
  7. If the Observer has any issues or concerns throughout the process, they should contact the designated FDAQRC PM.
  8. The Observer is requested to complete the Partner Program Observer Feedback Survey within five (5) business days after observing the audit.

How it works:

  1. Consultants should keep FDAQRConnect profiles updated with growth areas of interest and indicate on their FDAQRConnect profile that they are willing to participate in the Partner Program as a Mentor or Observer by selecting yes or no.
  2. FDAQRC will provide potential opportunities through our Consultant Newsletter.
  3. The Consultant will respond and inform with interest and availability.
  4. FDAQRC’s team will review the Partner Program submissions and determine if any of the candidates are eligible to be placed as an Observer for the audit.
  5. FDAQRC will acquire the necessary approvals required to have an observer for the audits. * note- it may take some time to receive all of the necessary approvals. FDAQRC will reach out to the consultant to confirm Consultant availability.
  6. When Conduct occurs, the Observer will receive a link to complete the Partner Program Observer Feedback Survey.
