FDAQRC FAQs for Active Consultants

FAQs for consultant who have been onboarded.

Question- When will I receive my first assignment on a project? 

Answer: When we have opportunities arise that fit your skillset and geographic region, we will reach out to see if you are available. 

 

Question- Can I add FDAQRC as my employment on LinkedIn? 

Answer: It’s okay to add that you’re an Independent Consultant at FDAQRC and add the option “freelance”. 

 

Question- Can I add FDAQRC to my email signature? 

Answer: When you’re performing work for FDAQRC, it’s acceptable to add “FDAQRC Consultant” as your title to your signature.    

 

Question- How do I record my time? 

Answer: As a consultant, you should report the full number of hours occurred in real time. The FDAQRC timekeeping system calculates the proper rate for reimbursement. For any questions, please refer to the FDAQRC Consultant Handbook or the Project Manager for the project.  

 

Question- I am sick and will miss my report deadline, what should I do? 

Answer:  Please reach out to your Project Manager (PM) as soon as possible. Provide them with the original due date, and when you will be able to have it completed. Our clients rely on us to meet our deadlines, so clear communication is very important if there are any delays.   

 

Question- How do I change my banking information? 

Answer: Please contact operations@fdaqrc.com. You will be required to complete a new direct deposit or wire transfer form.  

 

Question- Who is responsible for CAPA follow-up?

Answer: Each project is different.  This will depend on the individual project.  Some projects will require no CAPA review, others will require multiple rounds. 

 

Question- Is it necessary to use your travel agency?

Answer: It is preferred for US or International travel, but if you would like to book travel on your own, it must be pre-approved by the PM for your project with all costs quoted.
