# BigTime FAQs

## FAQs for consultants when using BigTime

**Question:** When will I be paid?

**Answer:** A single payment of professional fees and expenses will be made 30 days from the last day of the month of the final time/expense submission, upon completion of the PO and required deliverables.

**Question:** I'm locked out of BigTime. Can you help me recover my password?

**Answer:** Select the Forgot Password button.

**Question:** I'm logged into BigTime, but I can't find the project I'm looking for. Where can I find the project?

**Answer:** Click on "Add Timesheet Row," and then select the project and task.

**Question:** How can i see how much time and expenses have already submitted for a project?

**Answer:** You can view them in the Contractor Cost by Date View report.

- Select ANALYTICS from the top of the screen
- Select Public Reports from the drop-down list
- Select the Contractor Cost by Date View report

 \*note, please refer to your Purchase Order (PO) to confirm the hours allotted to the project.
